At Myco Arts Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a full returns and refund policy, subject to the conditions set out below.
Returnable items
- With the exception of earrings, gift cards and any personalised items, all items purchased from Myco Arts Studio can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused and accompanied by their original packaging and accessories.
Returns process
- To make a return, please contact our customer service department at mycoartsstudio@gmail.com.
- You will receive instructions for returning your item(s).
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless the item received was faulty or damaged.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will check the condition of the item(s) and issue a refund if the item(s) meet our return criteria.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund procedure
- Refunds will be made on the basis of the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- For credit card purchases, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- If you purchased with a gift card or shop credit, your refund will be made in the form of shop credit.
Faulty or damaged items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at mycoartsstudio@gmail.com.
We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no extra cost or issue you with a full refund, including return postage.
Exceptions
- Some items, such as earrings, gift cards and personalised items may not be eligible for return or refund.
- Sale or clearance items may be subject to a different returns policy, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Abuse of policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we suspect abuse of our policy, such as excessive returns or attempts to return items that have been used or damaged.
